STEVE WATERMAN JAZZ ORCHESTRA
British Trumpeter Steve Waterman leads his own 18-piece jazz orchestra, playing his own original compositions. Steve is London based, but he spends a great deal of time playing and teaching throughout the UK. As well as being a Professor of Jazz trumpet at the Royal Academy of Music, The Trinity College of Music, London and The Royal Northern College of Music, Steve is also a visiting Professor at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. This project was consequently born from a mutual respect between musicians, and the desire to play the superb Steve Waterman compositions to the highest possible standard.
